Admissions for Pre-K, Kindergarten & Elementary Programs

We will begin accepting applications for the 2024-2025 school year on December 1, 2023. Please read the following for details about the admissions process for each program we offer and deadlines.

Step 1: Submit an Admissions Inquiry. You will be able to schedule a tour or introductory phone call with a member of our Admissions team to learn more about PCWS and its programs.

Step 2: Complete a Pre-K/Kindergarten or Elementary application, including a teacher recommendation from your child's current school (Pre-K/Kindergarten or Elementary) and release of school records if your child has previously been enrolled in school. Please note: an application is not considered complete until all requested documentation has been received by our Admissions team.

Step 3: In-Person Student-Parent-Teacher Interview. Our Admissions team will review your application and contact you to schedule an observation playdate for Pre-k and Kindergarten applicants or a three-day visit for elementary program applicants or a three-day visit for elementary program applicants.

Step 4: Admission decision. Admissions notifications are sent according to the schedule below.

Tuition Assistance

If you are interested in pursuing financial assistance for tuition, please submit an application for Tuition Assistance.
 
January 24 - New Student Application Deadline
January 26 - Tuition Assistance Application Deadline
February 28 - Admission Notifications Sent to New Families
March 8 - Early Registration Deadline for New Families (discounted registration fee)
March 20 - Registration Deadline for New Families
