Application Deadline & Rolling Admissions for Pre-K, Kindergarten & Elementary Programs

We are currently accepting applications on a rolling basis. Please email our Admissions Office to inquire about availability for your child's age/grade.
Please read the following for details about the admissions process for each program we offer and deadlines.

Step 1: Submit an Admissions Inquiry. You will be able to schedule a tour or introductory phone call with a member of our Admissions team to learn more about PCWS and its programs.
​Step 2: Complete a Pre-K/Kindergarten or Elementary application, including a teacher recommendation from your child's current school (Pre-K/Kindergarten or Elementary) and release of school records if your child has previously been enrolled in school. Please note: an application is not considered complete until all requested documentation has been received by our Admissions team.
​Step 3: In-Person Student Observation. Our Admissions team will review your application and contact you to schedule an observation playdate for Pre-k and Kindergarten applicants or a three-day visit for elementary program applicants.
​Step 4: Admission decision. Admissions notifications for the 2025-26 academic year are sent according to the schedule below.

​Friday, January 10, 2025 — Application, Teacher Recommendations, and School Records Deadline*
​Friday, January 24, 2025 — Tuition Assistance Application Deadline for New Families
​Friday, March 7, 2025 — Admission Decisions Sent
​Friday, March 21, 2025 — Admission Decision and Registration Deadline

*Applications submitted after January 10 will be considered on a rolling basis for any grade with available space.
