Rolling Admissions for Pre-K, Kindergarten & Elementary Programs

We are currently accepting applications on a rolling basis for the 2025-2026 school year.
Please read the following for details about the admissions process for each program we offer and deadlines.

Step 1: Schedule an introductory phone call with a member of our Admissions team to learn more about PCWS and its programs.
​Step 2: Complete a Pre-K/Kindergarten or Elementary application, including a teacher recommendation from your child's current school (Pre-K/Kindergarten or Elementary) and release of school records if your child has previously been enrolled in school. Please note: an application is not considered complete until all requested documentation has been received by our Admissions team.
​Step 3: In-Person Student Observation. Our Admissions team will review your application and contact you to schedule an observation playdate for Pre-k and Kindergarten applicants or a three-day visit for elementary program applicants.
​Step 4: Admission decision. Admissions notifications for the 2025-26 academic year are sent according to the schedule below.
