Applications for 2017-2018 are still being accepted on a rolling basis as space allows.

1. Our admissions process begins with an email or phone call to our Admissions and Enrollment Coordinator, or with a visit to our school. Please join us for a tour, an Open House, or one of our community events. RSVP on our Events page or contact our Admissions and Enrollment Coordinator.

2. After your visit, we welcome you to submit an application. The application deadline for the 2018-2019 school year is Monday, January 29, 2018.

3. Our Faculty will carefully review your application and, depending on the age of your child, invite you and your child to an early childhood applicant playgroup, classroom visit or other meeting.

4. Our Admissions & Enrollment Coordinator will be in touch with our decision by February 12, 2018 (for applications for the 2018-2019 school year) or within 30 days of a submitted application (for applications for the current school year).

5. If applicable, please submit an application for tuition assistance.

For Parent-Infant and Parent-Toddler Applicants

We do not require applications for our Parent-Infant and Parent-Toddler programs. Please register online

For Returning Students

Returning students do not apply for their subsequent year at PCWS. Instead, our Faculty will recommend each student’s class placement before December break. We will communicate these recommendations to families no later than January.

For children moving from a Parent-Toddler to a Parent-Child program, please contact the office about the application process.
